Unlike many mindfulness facilitators, Emily Amesquita spent years leading communications inside Fortune 500 organizations before founding Grove & Bloom Wellness.
She understands firsthand the realities women leaders navigate: balancing performance with presence, supporting others while managing their own wellbeing, and sustaining energy in demanding, fast-paced environments.
Today, Emily combines her corporate leadership experience with certifications in mindfulness, health coaching, yoga, and nature-based wellbeing to help organizations create environments where women leaders can flourish,
